The Director of Quality Assurance and Risk Management is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of the organization’s quality improvement and risk management programs. This role ensures compliance with Joint Commission standards, promotes a culture of safety and accountability, and supports the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based mental health services in an outpatient setting.

The experience you will bring:

In-depth knowledge of Joint Commission standards and behavioral health regulations.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Proficiency in quality improvement methodologies (e.g., PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma).

Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.
